| 摘 要： | 竞技体育在市场经济体制下运行的重要特征之一就是中介机构的广泛介入，近年来我国的体育市场迅速发展，迫切需要一批高水平、高素质的专业体育经纪人才。随着中国体育不断地走向市场，体育经纪人的重要作用受到更多的关注，而中国缺乏合格的体育经纪人这一现实已被认为是中国体育产业化进程的一大制约因素。

| Abstract: | One main feature of competitive sports under the market economy system is the wide entrance of intermediary organizations.In recent years sports market has developed rapidly.This development calls for special sports brokers with high level and high quality.With the entrance of Chinese sports into the market,the role of sports brokers has becoming more and more prominent.In China,the lack of qualified sports agents is considered to be the hindrance to the development of sports industrialization. |
