| 摘 要： | 校内实训基地是职业技术院校实现人才培养目标和推行教学模式改革的主要场所,该文从校内实训基地建设、管理和使用的角度,论述了实训基地文化的特征,阐明了基地文化建设的具体内容和作用,提出了实训基地文化建设中应妥善处理的4大矛盾关系,具有现实的指导意义.

| Abstract: | The practice base in campus is the major place for vocational colleges to realize the goal of talent cultivation and push forward the reform of the teaching models. In terms of the construction, management and utilization of practice bases, the paper, as guidance for the reality, expounds the cultural characteristics of practice bases, makes clear the content and function of the construction of practice bases, and then puts forward four main contradictions that require appropriate dealing with the process of cultural construction. |
