| 摘 要： | 运用录像观察、文献资料、调查访谈、逻辑推理等方法，从社会学、管理学及心理学视角剖析了中国体操队在第28届奥运会上失利的原因，据此将夺取团体冠军、力争单项金牌、突破全能确定为我国女子体操队在2008年奥运会上的第一目标，并为我国女子体操后备队伍的建设制定科学合理的对策。

| Abstract: | Through video observation,literature study,interview and logic deduction,this paper analysed reasons of the failure of the Chinese Women's Gymnastics Team at the 28th Olympic Games.It was(proposed) that the goal of the Chinese Women's Gymnastics Team at the 2008 Olympic Games should be winning the team championship,grabbing single item gold medal and making breakthrough in all-round. |
