| 摘 要： | 在竞技运动,甚至是体育锻炼中有些人使用兴奋剂而危害健康,并违背了体育公平竞争的原则。尽管国际奥委会,各国际单项体育联合会和各国政府加大了打击使用兴奋剂力度,但兴奋剂的使用和滥用一直困扰着体坛,其方法越来越隐蔽,技术越来越先进,流传越来越广泛。简述在比赛中使用兴奋剂的过去与现状;兴奋剂的概念与分类,阐述了兴奋剂对提高竞技能力所发挥的作用及其对身心健康的危害。

| Abstract: | Using doping harms the health and runs counter to the principle of fair competitive in competitive sports and ex- ercises. Although the International Olympic Committee, the International Sport Federation and government departments have taken strong measures against using and abusing doping. It always perplexes the sport world, and the method is more con- cealed, the technology is more progressive, the spread is more extensive. This article expounds the history, present condi- tion, conception and classification of doping and the effect on improving competitive ability and physiological and phychologi- cal health. |
