| 摘 要： | 中学档案管理工作是学校管理工作的一个不可缺少的环节,是提高学校工作效率和进行教育教学改革的必要条件,也是衡量一所学校管理和教育教学工作水平的标志。但是,档案管理工作作为中学各项工作的重要组成部分又经常被忽视,尤其是在新时期。鉴于此项工作的特殊性及当前遇到的新情况、新问题,本文对档案管理工作的重要性和存在的问题进行了有益的探讨,提出了完善中学档案管理工作的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The middle school records management work is an essential link of the school management,is the necessary condition to improve the school work efficiency and the reform of education and teaching,also the symbol to measure a school management and education and teaching work level.However,archives management work as an important component of middle school often is overlooked,especially in the new period.In view of the particularity of this work and current encountered new situations and new problems,the article discusses the importance and the problems of the archives management work,put forward the effective way to perfect the middle school records management work. |
