| 摘 要： | 加入WTO，将加快我国资本市场国际化的步伐，但目前我国还不具备完全开放国内资本市场的条件，资本市场国际化还面临一些实际障碍和问题。因此，我国资本市场国际化是一个循序渐进、稳步开放的过程。在资本市场逐步开放的过程中，应注意加强金融监管，防范金融风险。

| Abstract: | Joining WTO will speed up the step of the internationalization of our country's market;but at present,our country hasn't the condition to fully open the internal capital and the internationalization of the capital market still faces some real obstructions and questions.Therefore,our country's capital market internationalization is a gradual and steady course.In such course,it should be noted to strengthen finance supervision and to safeguard financial risk. |
