摘    要:双语教学是应用外语进行学科教学,培养高素质外语人才的有效途径。正确理解和科学定位"双语教学"是提高双语教学质量的前提;合格的师资是提高双语教学质量的关键;优秀的教材是提高双语教学质量的保证;有效的教学管理体系是提高双语教学质量的保障。

Abstract:Bilingual education is an effective access to cultivate high-quality foreign language talents by applying foreign language to teaching.Sound comprehension and scientifi c location of bilingual education are the preconditions to improve the bilingual teaching quality;the qualifi ed teaching resource is the key to improve the bilingual teaching quality;the excellent bilingual teaching material is the guarantee;the effi cient teaching administration system is the safeguard.
