| 摘 要： | “文以评心，武以观德”，说明了武德在中国武术文化中的重要地位。武术在长期形成和发展的过程中，突出地强调了道德修养的作用，并以传统的崇德扬善的道德观来协调习武者与他人、与社会之间的关系，以达到“德”与“艺”（武技）的统一。文章以武德的概念，传统武德的主要内容为出发点，来分析武德在武术文化发展中的作用及其价值。以此来激励更多的人注重对武德思想的关注，及学习。
