| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对苏州市业余体校田径训练现状进行较为深入的分析，并提出相应的发展对策，从而为推动苏州市青少年田径训练工作的发展，迅速提高田径运动技术水平，继续保持苏州市田径运动优势项目在江苏省的地位以及寻求有关弱势项目的突破口，向高水平运动队输送更多的后备人才提供一定的理论依据和技术指导。

| Abstract: | A profound analysis has been carried out on the the current situations of the track and field training in Suzhou amateur sport schools and the countermeasures have also been put forward based on literature materials, questionaires, interviews with specialists and logical analysis in the study. The study aims at the improvement of the youth track and field training in Suzhou and the enhancement of track and field techniques, as a result of which, the breakthrough will be found to maintain Suzhou＇s superior sport events in Jiangsu and improve its inferior sports events so as to provide more theoretical and techinical guidance to train more backup talents for high-level st~ort teams. |
