| 摘 要： | 中美两国关系的健康发展关系到世界的和平问题。站在历史的新起点上,中美两国关系发展需要拓宽外交手段,灵活运用各种外交工具,盘活外交资源。在对中美两国关系新动向与新变化的总结基础之上,依托国际关系的视角,从理念层面,超越体育民族国家,共构新型关系;从规制层面,建立体育对话机制,达成制度共识;从实践层面,扩大体育交往主体,强化交往价值。以乒乓外交的发展为案例,从获得承认到平等对话,从关系建构到关系深化,从博弈竞技到群体认同,剖析了体育外交促进中美关系健康发展的新作用。体育外交推动中美关系健康发展,观念上应坚持正确的义利观,形成中美体育多领域合作机制;行动上积极开展国家元首体育外交,践行多层面的体育利益攸关者使命担当;体育赛事平台方面,构建体育外交新体系,改善中美关系结构性矛盾;以人类命运共同体理念为根本遵循,达成中美体育价值共识。 |

| Abstract: | The healthy development of Sino-US relations is related to the world peace.Standing at a new historical starting point,the development of Sino-US relations requires the expansion of diplomatic means,the flexible use of various diplomatic tools,and the invigorating of diplomatic resources.Based on a summary of the new trends and changes in Sino-US relations,this paper analyze the role of sports diplomacy in promoting the development of Sino-US relations from the perspective of international relations.It was held that new form of relation should be built transcending the sports national boundaries,sports dialogue mechanism should be built so as to reach common sense,communicative values should be reinforced with regard to more main bodies of communication.Taking table tennis diplomacy as an example,this paper analyzed the new role of sports diplomacy in promoting the healthy development of Sino-US relations from recognition to equal dialogue,from relationship construction to relationship deepening,and from game competition to group identity.The promotion of healthy Sino-U.S relation through sports diplomacy should adhere to the correct view on righteousness and benefit and form a multi field cooperation mechanism in sports.In terms of action,the head of state should communicate further and take responsibility.In terms of sports games,a new system of sports diplomacy should be built so as to improve the structural contradictions in Sino-U.S relation.It was hoped that based on the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,China and the United States could reach a consensus on sports values. |
