对国有企业科层化组织模式的分析与质疑

摘    要:国有企业组织模式的探索研究,是国内管理理论发展的一个前沿问题。中国企业多年来在计划经济轨道上形成的科层化组织模式,虽然正在从政府行为的大科层化上剥离出来,但更新观念和引进先进管理模式还有待时日。文章对国有企业科层化组织模式进行了分析与质疑,针对科层化在等级性、对以知识创新为主的脑力劳动管理、控制幅度原则以及部门划分等方面探讨了科层化组织模式的局限性,并探讨了知识经济下对组织模式提出的新要求。

Abstract:The research work on organization mode in State-owned enterprises is a popular issue in domestic field of management. Although China's pyramid-like mode formed in the age of planned economy is being peeled now, it still takes time to renovate people's notion as well as introduce new managing mode. The article analyzed and oppugned the pyramid mode organization in State-owned enterprises, in which the limitations such as grade, the charge of mental workers, controlling extent and division of departments etc. are discussed. A fresh requirement for organization mode is suggested in the condition of knowledge-based economy.
