强化技能的心理学基础及在课堂教学中的应用

摘    要:操作性条件反射说是强化技能的心理学基础。其创始人斯金纳认为,行为之所以发生变化,是由于强化的作用。斯金纳根据多次实验,提出塑造、消退、强化程序和行为矫正等理论。据此,在课堂教学中运用强化技能应注意:目标强化;刺激学生作出反应;利用消退,减少惩罚;尽可能运用定比率强化程序;进行行为矫正;具有针对性;取得学生的信赖与支持。

Abstract:The theory of operants is the psychological basis of accentuated skill. Burrhus Frederick Skinner, the founder of the theory, held that the change of behaviour is due to the accentuated effect. Based on many experiments, he put forward the theories of modeling, extinction and accentuated procedure and the theory of behaviour correction. So when using strengthening ability in class, attention should be paid to: strengthening aim, stimulating students to reflex, reducing punishment, using extinction and accentuated procedure of a quantitative rate in correcting behaviour, so as to win students'trust and support.
