| 摘 要： | 通过一种取代剂将 N-乙基-α-萘胺生产中副产品 N,N-二乙基-α-萘胺转化产品 N-乙基-α-萘胺.经试验考查了温度、时间以及反应物配比对转化反应收率的影响,确定了最佳操作条件:温度165℃,时间4小时,物料配比1:5(摩尔比).转化反应的总收率为78.4%.由于副产品 N,N-二乙基-α-萘胺的转化利用,使 N-乙基-α-萘胺产品收率由68.9%提高至84.3%。

| Abstract: | The by-product N.N-Diethyl-α-Naphthylamine can be convened into N-Ethyl-α-Naph- thylamine by using substituting agent in the production of N-ethly-α-naphthylarnine.The effect of reaction temperature,time period and compounding ratio of reactants on reaction yield is investigated and the optimum optative condition is provided which include that the reaction temperature is 165℃,corresponding time period is 4 hours and the compounding ratio equals 1:5 (Mole ratio).The total yield of conversion reaction is 78.4% and the prod- uct yield of N-Ethyl-α-Naphthylamine is increased from 68.9% to 84.3% with converted and applied N.N-Eietyi-α-Naphthylamine. |
