| 摘 要： | 国外体育产业债券市场是一个成熟金融市场的重要组成部分，在西方发达国家，体育产业债券融资已成为体育产业发展的一个重要趋势，但我国体育产业证券市场较之国外体育产业证券市场和国内其它融资方式发展缓慢。运用文献资料、调查访问和综合分析等方法，讨论了我国体育产业债券市场的特征，体育产业证券的来源、用途范围与领域、担保单位、回报方式与途径，发展我国体育产业债券市场的必要性和可行性，最后提出了发展我国体育产业债券市场的对策建议，对推动体育产业的发展会起到积极的促进作用。
