| Abstract: | From the study of the enterprise runners' experience in dealing with the economic profit of enterprises and social profit as a whole under the market economic mechanism in the West,this article points out that the Western enterprise runners consciously introduce into their decisions that they make such moral maxims as maxim of utility,maxim of right and maxim of justice,and tries to explain their theoretical origin and key points. Further more,the article has indicated their positive effect in the commercial decisions on one hand,and on the other hand,it has also analyzed their restrictions in detail; thus is of referential significance to the construction of a complete national market economic order and social order of our country. |
