| 摘 要： | 责任心是做好工作的重要要素之一,没有责任心,毫无责任感,那么,对待和处理事情就很有可能敷衍了事。就编辑工作而言,编辑必须要有高度的责任感,即责任意识。编辑的责任意识主要包括政治责任意识、质量责任意识、效益责任意识和创新责任意识四大方面。加强编辑的责任意识的培养,是现代编辑所必需的,也是确保编辑敬业爱岗的重要举措之一。

| Abstract: | Responsibility is one of the most important factors which determine the quality of jobs. A person, without responsibility in his or her mind, Will deals with waters in a hasty way. Highly responsible conciousness is requisite for editors. Editorial awareness of responsibility mainly includes four bearings on politics, quality, efficiency and novelty. Enforeing responsibility awareness is necessary for contemporary editors, as well as an important measure to ensure editors respecting their career and position. |
