| 摘 要： | 构建特色人才培养模式是目前发展高校教育的关键性问题之一。目前,宜春旅游人才培养模式存在致大的盲目性,人才培养与岗位需求错位。对此,应从培养目标、专业设置、课程模式、教学设计、培养途径模式、师资队伍等方面构建特色旅游英语专业人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Reconstructing the talent training mode is one of the key problems on the development of college education.Currently,there is a big blindness in training mode of tourism talents that it is dislocation between training talents and job requirement.So explores into the training mode of professional English tourist talents from these aspects:training target,professional setting,curriculum mode,teaching design,training mode,faculty etc. |
