英汉民族时空观与审美标准探源

摘    要:英语民族时空观的特点是时空的可分割性,时间和空间的相互关联导致视点的确立,因而在艺术审美中往往以清晰、具体为美;汉语民族的时空观以无限性为特色,在艺术审美中形成以模糊与朦胧为美的标准。本文从宗教的渗透作用探析了这种具有民族特色的时空观及其审美标准的成因。

Abstract:In English culture, time and space are considered separately, both work to build a point of sight, therefore, clearness and specificity are valued in arts. However, in Chinese culture, time and space are regarded as being merged and infinite, and vagueness and fuzziness are valued in the art. This paper attempts to explore the origin of the concept of time and space and the standard of artistic beauty in English and Chinese culture, from the perspective of the osmosis effects of religion to the cultures.
