| 摘 要： | 产学研专利合作对科学技术的发展起到巨大的推动作用。通过采用社会网络分析法,构建2017年山东省产学研专利合作网络并利用社会网络分析软件UCINET6对专利合作网络网络密度、平均路径长度、节点度数、节点申请专利数量进行测度以及对省内高校合作网络进行分析,揭示了山东省产学研专利合作的现状。最后,从政府、企业、高校及科研院所三个层面提出建议,为相关单位政策的制定提供借鉴,以期山东省产学研能够得到更好的发展。

| Abstract: | Industry-university-research patent cooperation has played a great role in promoting the development of science and technology. By using the social network analysis method, the patent cooperation network of Shandong Province in 2017 is constructed and analyzed. By using the social network analysis software UCINET6 to measure the network density, average path length, node degree, number of patents applied by nodes, and to analyze the cooperation network of universities in Shandong Province, this paper reveals the current situation of patent cooperation between industry, university and research institutes in Shandong Province. Finally, from the three levels of government, enterprises, universities and research institutes, suggestions are put forward to provide reference for policy formulation of relevant units, with a view to better development of industry, education and research in Shandong Province. |
