| 摘 要： | 在广泛调查的基础上，对辽宁省健美操指导员综合素质情况进行分析，为培养健美操专项人才的学校在教学模式上提供决策参考。同时，也为推进健身操在群众体育中的发展，缩小同其他发达地区的差距提供理论依据。
