特校体育教师能力构成的研究

摘    要:特殊体育教师作为教师成员中的一个群体,在努力促进残疾学生身体康复、补偿生理缺陷、培育健康心理方面有着不可忽视的作用。他们的专业成长对我国的特殊教育发展有着积极的促进作用。教师的专业能力是教师综合素质最突出的外在表现,也是评价教师专业的核心因素。特殊教育领域中,特殊体育教师在其教育过程中既有着普通教师从教所需的能力,也有着自身教学环境所提出的更多实施特殊教育的能力。为此,为了促使我国特殊体育教育的发展,本文通过文献资料法、走访调查法、分析归纳法对特殊体育教师能力的结构进行分析与研究。

Abstract:Special physical teachers,as members of the teaching group,play important roles in promoting the physical rehabilitation of disabled students,compensating the physical disability and improving mental health.Their professional growth of special education in China has a positive role in promoting development.Professional competence of teachers is the most prominent teachers in the overall quality of external performance evaluation is a core element of the teaching profession.The field of special education,special physical education teachers in the education process with general education teachers from teaching the required capabilities,but also has its own teaching and learning environment that the larger the capacity of the implementation of special education.To this end,in order to promote the development of special physical education,the paper literature,visited the investigation,analysis of induction on the structure of special physical education teacher capability to analyze and research.
