| Abstract: | With the development of market economy,the life pace has quickened a lot.Parents have to send the children to school.This has made the management on high school＇s children more difficult.In order to meet social needs,the high school implements the enclosed management.Students live in the s chool for most time.The parents and children have relatively few opportunities to meet.Those students who have walked from the family may face many difficult problems.How can the school manage effectively to ensure the students＇healthily growth and happily studies？At present,many schools have established the lives committee,but the effects are not very obvious.They have met many problems in themanagement in the last few years.Therefore,the thesis focuses on the role of lives committee member＇s role so as to strengthen the school administration. |
