摘 要: | 教学反思是指教师对复杂的教学实践及其行为背后的理论进行主动的、不断的审视、探究与分析,改进自身的教学行为,从而实现自身专业发展。通过以个体反思、集体反思及行动研究为操作载体的教学反思策略,使教师自身的经验成为一种经过批判和检验了的反省经验,使教师真正实现"经验型"向"专家型"、"技术型"向"研究型"的反思性实践中角色转变,从而促进教师专业自主发展的终身化。

Abstract: | Reflection is a form of problem solving involes active persistent behavior to review、analysis and reconstruct the practice,intending to achieve teacher professional development.By individual reflection group discussion and action research,teacher make their own experience as a reflective experience.Therefore,teacher can transform the role of imparter into the role of reflective practitioner. |
