| 摘 要： | 本文以美国心理学家斯滕伯格的成功智力理论为依据,通过对＂第十名现象＂的分析,阐明了我国高校智力培养模式改革的必要性和可行性,以及对高校智力培养模式改革的启示,即更新高校智力培养理念、转变高校教育评价机制、改善课程设置及教学方式。
