| 摘 要： | 在大学生思想政治教育中引入心理契约符合大学生思想政治教育柔性管理的理念;是培养大学生主体意识、规范大学生行为的需要;是实施学分制教学管理制度的客观要求。本文从加强正面宣传,提升学生的认同感;加强情感沟通,注重教育过程的互动性;加强培训机制,进行科学的职业生涯规划;构建多角度、全方位的心理契约这四个角度分析心理契约在思想政治教育过程中的应用,从而体现教育的创新性,加强教育的实效性。
