| 摘 要： | 大学生党员队伍的建设问题,是高校学生党建工作一项紧迫而重要的任务。当前,大学生党员队伍中存在着组织发展＂不规范＂、思想认识＂不纯正＂、教育管理＂不重视＂等问题。建设和谐型大学生党员队伍要做到加强思想政治教育、严格党员标准、加强教育管理。
