| 摘 要： | 独立学院是高等教育事业的重要组成部分,加强独立学院党建工作是促进独立学院健康可持续发展的现实需要,是推动高等教育事业发展的战斗堡垒。本文分析了独立学院党支部建设工作的现状以及面临的问题,并针对性地提出了创新独立学院党支部建设新机制的举措。
