| 摘 要： | 美国是全球科技发展的佼佼者．其国家创新体系就是带动整个国家发展的原动力。百年间．美国逐步创建了一个以政府、高校、私营企业和非营利科研机构这四大元素为主体的国家创新体系，其体系在每个主体各具特色的基础上，又表现出了主体间相互关系的复杂性、多变性、开放性和制度化。适时地了解美国国家创新体系演进及其特征的概况，对中国国家创新体系的建设具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | America is the number one country in developping science and technology all over the world,and American national innovation system is the top power to promote the development of the whole country.During 100 years, Americans have established the national innovation system composed of government,university, enterprise and non-profit organization. This system is characterized by the four distinct subjects, complexity,changing, opening and regularization. It is a good significance for China national innovation system to know about the establishment and characteristic of American national innovation system in time. |
