| Abstract: | At present an important aspect of macro-control in China is still the repression of deflation which is still a serious negative influence on China's economic life. The causes of deflation - the relative insufficient supply compared with surplus and demands can be dealt with by carrying out certain active but reasonable financial and monetary policies, by adjusting business structures, by developing markets in rural areas, and by increasing the income of the residents. |
