| 摘 要： | 对外披露各种信息是上市公司对社会公众树立自身形象，介入社会经济活动的必要方式，也是满足社会各界对上市公司的信息需要的手段。本文从供给与需求两方面探讨了信息社会中企业财务信息披露中面临的矛盾。
