| 摘 要： | 根据灾情发生的灾害程度不同将灾种分为毁灭性和非毁灭性两种。在制定的通用救灾物资分配原则的基础上,针对非毁灭性灾种模型编制相应的救灾物资分配模型、方法和数值算例。进一步验证了这种灾情状况模型的合理性和可行性。
