合作网络变动对知识网络的影响研究

摘    要:仿真分析了网络组织中企业进行关系调整对知识网络的影响。结果表明:网络组织中约1%到10%的企业调整关系时,企业的单一知识类别、组合知识类别和知识之间的关联程度迅速增加,企业之间的知识网络结构差别最大。约9%的企业调整关系时,网络组织的单一知识总量和组合知识总量会达到最大,企业之间的知识水平差距最大。超过10%的企业调整关系时,企业的单一知识类别、组合知识类别及知识之间的关联程度虽然仍很高,但单一知识总量和组合知识总量会逐渐减少,企业之间的知识结构差异化程度和知识总量差距都会减少。相比较于与知识水平最低的企业断链重连,企业与节点度最小的企业断链重连时,知识网络单一知识类别与组合知识类别更多、知识之间的关联度更高;单一知识总量与组合知识总量更少;知识网络结构差异和知识总量差距更小。

The Influence of Collaboration Network Changing on Knowledge Network
Abstract:This paper analyzes the collaboration network changing on the knowledge network by simulation. Results show that, when there are about 1% to 10% companies in the collaboration network breaking chains, the single knowledge cate-gories, the combination knowledge categories and the knowledge associations increase rapidly, the knowledge network struc-tures among enterprises have the max differences. When there are about 9% companies in the collaboration network break-ing chains, the single knowledge quantity and the combination knowledge quantity reach maximum, the knowledge level a-mong enterprises are the most different. If there are above 10% companies in the collaboration network breaking chains, al-though the single knowledge categories, the combination knowledge categories and the knowledge associations are still the highest, but the single knowledge quantity and the combination knowledge quantity reduce rapidly, the differences of knowl-edge network structures or knowledge level among enterprises become small. When the enterprise with the smallest node de-gree is chosen to break chain and reconnect, the single knowledge categories, the combination knowledge categories and the knowledge associations are more, the single knowledge quantity and the combination knowledge quantity and the difference of knowledge network structures and level are less, than when the enterprise with the smallest knowledge level is chosen to break chain and reconnect.
