摘 要: | 以科技型企业员工为研究对象,基于收集到的370份有效样本,采用层次回归的分析方法,分析了不确定性规避对员工创新绩效的影响,探讨了知识转移在两者之间的作用机理。结果发现:不确定性规避对员工创新绩效和知识转移均有显著的负向影响,知识转移对员工创新绩效有显著的正向影响,知识转移在不确定性规避与员工创新绩效的关系中起着部分中介作用。

Abstract: | Taking science and technology employees as the object , based on 370 valid questionnaires ,using hierarchical re-gression analysis method ,this paper analyzes the effect of uncertainty avoidance ( UA) on employee's innovation performance ( IP) ,and discusses the mechanism of knowledge transfer ( KT) between them .The main conclusions are as follows , UA has a negative impact on KT and IP , KT has a positive influence on IP .KT plays a part intermediary role between UA and IP . It has reference and guidance significance for scientific and technological enterprises through the management and interven -tion of KT of scientific and technological employees to improve IP . |
