| 摘 要： | 运用面板模型,以2009~2013年财政对芜湖市中小企业支持情况为样本来研究财政支持对中小企业后绩效产生的影响。实证结果表明:财政资金支持提高了中小企业的后绩效,提出建立对中小企业稳定的财政资金支持投入机制;不断强化对财政支持资金的监管;建立科学、合理、规范的中小企业后绩效评价指标体系;加强对项目人才的培养;努力提高项目管理人员的素质。

Research on the Effects of Financial Expenditure on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Post-Performance---A Case Study of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Wuhu City |

| Abstract: | Using panel data model, this paper adopts financial investment situation as samples to study the post performance of the small and medium-sized enterprises from 2009 to 2013. The empirical results show that financial support improve the post performance of SMEs. It needs to establish a stable financial capital investment mechanism, to strengthen the supervi-sion of financial support funds, strengthen the training of talents, strive to improve the quality of SMEs project management personnel. |
