学习视角下创新型中小企业协同成长的粒子群优化分析

摘    要:运用标准粒子群优化分析了不同类型学习因子对创新型中小企业协同成长的影响。结果表明:非对称线性学习因子对创新型中小企业协同成长有积极影响,但潜藏的知识流向断链可能会阻滞协同成长的持续性;惯性权重与学习因子的线性关系比非线性关系对创新型中小企业协同成长具有指引作用,同时,提出知识虚拟链接信息渠道有助于实现群体智能化学习,保持协同成长的稳定性;权重与学习因子的余弦函数关系说明了外界环境的剧烈变化不适宜创新型中小企业的协同成长。

Particle Swarm Optimization of ISME's Synergistic Growth from the Perspective of Learning
Abstract:This paper studies the innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises'(ISMEs)synergistic growth,using stand-ard particle swarm optimization analyze the influence of different type of learning factors on ISMEs'synergistic growth. The results show that:asymmetric linear learning factor have positive influence on ISMEs' synergistic growth,however,it is probably that the broken links of knowledge flows may embarrass the continuance of synergistic growth;the linear relation of Weights and learning factor has meaning guidance to ISMEs'synergistic growth compared with nonlinear relation. Simultane-ously,it puts forward knowledge virtual link information channel,which is conduced to realize swarm intelligent learning and keep constant stability of synergistic growth. The cosine function relation of Weights and learning factor indicates that dramatic changes in the external environment are in prejudice of ISMEs'synergistic growth.
