摘 要: | 以RBV和KBV为理论基础,以最近10余年间我国上市公司公告的300多个新产品项目为样本,对新产品开发合作中多类外部伙伴之间的协同效应进行了研究。结果表明:上游供应商与下游客户企业之间的协同、下游客户企业与同行竞争者之间的协同、下游客户企业与第三方研究机构之间的协同都分别存在显著为正的市场效应(特殊收益);上游供应商与同行竞争者之间的协同存在显著为负的市场效应;上游供应商、下游客户企业、第三方研究机构三者之间的协同仍存在显著为正的市场效应。

Synergic Effects among External Partners in NPD Collaboration |

Abstract: | Based on the resource-based view and knowledge-based view, collecting more than 300 samples of NPD project an-nounced by public-listed firms in China in the last 10 years, this paper explores relationships between synergies of external partners in NPD and abnormal returns to the NPD project .Results indicate that , there are three types of synergies which are positively related to abnormal returns to project , including up-stream suppliers and down-stream customers , customers and competitors , and customers and independent research institutes;there is negative synergy between suppliers and competitors on abnormal returns;there is positive synergy among customers , suppliers and research institutes on abnormal returns . |
