摘 要: | 基于生涯建构理论,以企业员工为研究对象,构建主动性人格影响职业成功的有调节的中介模型,探讨生涯适应力在二者关系中的中介作用以及领导—成员交换关系在其中的调节作用,明晰个人特质影响职业成功的内在机制。

The Relationship between Proactive Personality and Career Success---Based on Career Adaptability and Leader-member Exchange |

Abstract: | Based on career construction theory, this paper constructed the moderated-mediation model of proactive personali-ty affecting career success, by taking the enterprise employees as research object. And then, it analyzed the mediating effect and the leader-member exchange moderating effect of career adaptability on proactive personality and career success. In the end, it explored the relationship between proactive personality and career success. |
