PP纤维对高强人工砂混凝土抗火性能的影响

摘    要:以温度、聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维)掺量为试验参数,通过试验研究PP纤维掺量对高强人工砂混凝土抗火性能的影响。结果表明:在高强人工砂混凝土中掺入PP纤维可以显著改善其抗爆裂性能;在试验参数范围内,每立方米混凝土中掺入1.5kg的PP纤维能够显著提高受火后高强混凝土抗压强度;而在每立方米混凝土中掺入2kg PP纤维能够有效减少受火后混凝土的质量损失。

Abstract:An experiment was made to find out the effects of mixing amount of polypropylene fiber on the fire resistance of high strength concrete with artificial sand. Temperature and the mixing amount of poly propylene fiber were used as test parameters. The result showed that its anti crack performance was significantly improved when the high strength concrete with artificial sand was mixed with polypropylene fiber. Within the test parameters, the compressive strength of concrete after fire was significantly increased when 1.5 kg of polypropylene fiber was mixed with 1 m3 of concrete. However, when the ratio was 2 kg of polypropylene fiber for 1 m3 of concrete, the quality lose of the concrete after fire was effectively reduced.
