| 摘 要： | 在全球化的新经济格局下，温州以其特殊的地理位置，有可能成为长江、珠江、台海三大经济区衔接的核心，形成东海产业带。经济全球性与经济指挥系统民族国家性之间的矛盾导致某一地区的货币政策会对世界经济产生重大影响。因此，温州经济发展必须要考虑其背后的金融借贷系统的影响。由于中国的经济问题同时是社会问题，保留产业结构多元化对社会稳定仍是必须的。温州经济具有同舟共济的特征。如果温州能够将“同舟共济”发展为一种大的生产规模，塑造一种可以在经济问题与社会问题两个向度上处理得当的新的生产方式，将是温州对中国、对世界的贡献。温州必须促进具有人文关怀的商人层级的成长，把赢利和共同富裕当作一个地区的贡献来加以推动和开展，否则没有任何可能性。
