| 摘 要： | 通过对我国县级公共图书馆的投资状况和服务效果的分析,指出目前县级公共图书馆建设过程中存在的问题,并从投资-效益的角度揭示出产生这些问题的原因.最后,提出了促进我国县级公共图书馆事业发展的对策建议.
