| 摘 要： | 现代教育技术应是中小学教师的必修课程。现代教育技术是联接信息化社会与现代学校教育的桥梁。它对课程教学产生重要影响，而目前存在的问题是：人们在观念上对现代教育技术认识不足；对教育技术的概念也存有一些模糊认识；急需对中小学教师进行计算机培训；缺乏适合教育的软件开发平台。

| Abstract: | Modern educational technique should be a required course for teachers of primary and middle schools. It is a bridge linking society of information to modern school education. And it has important influence on the course teaching. Not only is it a problem that people are lack of knowledge about, but also that people have confusion of its conception. So these teachers need computer training badly. There is a great need for software development platform suitable for education. |
