| 摘 要： | 电子政府是对现行政府办公方式进行的一场革命。电子政府的推行，给思想政治教育将带来巨大的影响：一方面，它拓宽了思想政治教育的范围，增强了思想政治教育资源的共享性，创造了思想政治教育的新环境，提出了思想政治教育研究的新课题；另一方面，电子政府增加了提高思想政治教育实效的难度，在一定程度上促使了思想政治教育针对性的弱化，同时也不可避免地带来了一些网络伦理问题。因此，思想政治教育工作应早作准备，变消极影响为积极影响，以增强思想政治教育实效。

| Abstract: | The implementation of E-government has cast great influences upon ide ological and political education. On the one hand, it has broadened the range of ideological and political education, strengthened the potential sharing of its resources, and put forward new questions for study. On the other hand, it has al so added difficulties to effective ideological and political education, weakenin g the pertinence of the education and at the same time it has inevitably created some cyber problems ethically. |
