构建高校特困生心理健康教育模式的探讨

摘    要:特困生是高校学生的一个重要组成部分,在新形势下,特困生出现了抑郁和自卑明显,人际交往困难,心身疾病突出,问题行为较多等心理问题;而当前高校对特困生心理健康教育存在各种不足:对特困生心理健康关注不够,系统性缺乏,助困与育人脱节,管理协调与配合缺乏等;针对现状,提出了以特困学生自我教育和自我成长为主,综合运用行为主义心理学、认知心理学和人本主义心理学理论的心理健康教育模式。

Abstract:The group of Economic-difficult-students is one of the important parts in college student's communities. There are some suppression and negative diseases with some of the Economic-difficult-students. They have some difficulties in communications with other students. They also have behavioral problems and some physical and mental diseases under the coming new situation. There are some problems and weaknesses in the course of the education of mental-healthy to the Economic-difficult-students now, such as less concern, lack of system and mismatch of management and reconciliation. In this article the author proposes a construction of the model of mental-healthy to the college Economic-difficult-students, which combines the theory of behavioral psychology, cognitive psychology and humanistic psychology based on self-education and self-development.
