| 摘 要： | 以WSR理论为指导,结合系统科学的特点对我国高校高水平运动队管理体系的结构层次、各因素之间的关系进行了分析,从而确定了我国高校高水平运动队WSR管理模式三维结构总体系,在此基础之上,剖析出三个子系统:W物理硬件设施子系统、S事理规章制度子系统、R人力资源子系统,并对其含义及特点一一进行分析与探讨。

| Abstract: | This text takes WSR theories as the guidance,combines the characteristics of system science to analyse the structure layer and the relation of each factor in college high level sport team of our country.Then,it puts forward system WSR of high level sport team.Based on this,it concludes that there have three sub-systems:The"W"is the sub-system of physical hardware implement;the"S"is the sub-system of matter regulation system;the"R"is the sub-system of human resource.At last,it analytically discusses the upper sub-systems one by one. |
