| 摘 要： | 为深入了解人才培养质量和办学效果，课题组成员在做问卷调查的同时，围绕质量评价、人才培养方式评价、意见和建议等三部分内容，对毕业生及其用人单位进行座谈或个别访谈。根据访谈结果的分析研究，得出如下结论：安徽电大的教学效果明显，基本实现应用型人才培养目标，但在资源建设和实践教学等方面还有待完善。针对存在的问题提出了改进策略。

| Abstract: | In order to get good information of the quality and effect of training, besides questionnaire survey, the subject group had informal discussions with lenders and individual interviews with graduates for the evaluation of graduate quality and training plans, the opinions and suggestions and so on. In accordance with the analysis of the interviews, the investigator reaches a conclusion that the teaching effect in Anhui Radio TV University is remarkable, having reached the target of training applied talents by and large, while some aspects needing improvements, such as resource building and practical teaching. Aiming at the mentioned questions, the investigator puts forward modified strategies. |
