| 摘 要： | 一个国家的国民有无科学精神关系着这个国家的兴衰成败。美国在80年代推出了2061计划，旨在培养学生的科学精神。这一举措的高瞻远瞩性完全值得我们借鉴。新世纪培养学生的科学精神对于处于迅猛发展中的我国来说更有着深远的意义和紧迫性。要培养学生的科学精神，我们可以从课程方面和课程以外方面两条途径着手。

| Abstract: | Whether the people of a country have a scientific spirit or not relates to the country's rise and decline.America launched a 2061 project in the 1980s, which aimed at fostering student's scientific spirit.It is worth our learning. Fostering student's scientific spirit is important and urgent to our developing country in the new century. To foster student's spirit, we can start from two ways: curriculum and extracurricular. |
