| 摘 要： | 全球范围内的环境问题日益突出,保护环境权已成为国际社会的共识。环境权是人权的有机组成部分,保护环境权是保护人权的具体表现和应有之义。国际刑法是国际法的一个重要分支,正逐步取得独立部门法的地位,利用国际刑法保护环境权将在全球环保工作中发挥积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The environmental problem in the world is outstanding day by day.Protecting environmental right has already become the common understanding of international community.Regarding environmental right as the organic component of human rights,helping to improve people's environmental consciousness and promoting the development of environmental protection.International criminal law is an important branch of international law,making the position of an independent law department progressively.It will play a positive role in the efforts of the whole world to protect the environment.The new thinking of using international criminal law to protect environment that the article has put forward,will play an enormous role for the ecological environment protection of human society. |
