| 摘 要： | 以继承中华民族传统文化为切入点的一项运动。在“学会生存”教育思想的影响下,不少大学生在体育自选课中,把选学对抗性散打运动作为专修内容。而散打则是讲究身体直接对搏与格斗的实战运动,它的功效却来自学习动机的转化,只有明确了散打学习的真义,才能激活学生身体的潜能,达到散打学习的指向目标。

| Abstract: | Wushu free combat is a sporting issue which modern college students are keen on,and which is a part of Chinese traditional culture.Many students choose free combat as their major learning under the influence of "Leaning of exist." Although free combat involves direct body contact and combat,yet the motive of it is extremely important.Only when students know the real significance of free combat study can their potential ability be activated and be transformed into efficiency.So that the definite object of free combat learning is reached. |
