| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、调查访问法与数理统计法,对参加2004年武汉地区国家级健美操指导员培训班的111名学员的基本情况进行了调查,与2001年参加国家级健美操指导员培训班的263名学员进行了对比,并提出了加强健美操指导员培训工作的对策.
