| Abstract: | Since the application of linking the increase and decrease of the land for construction use in both urban and rural aeas in Chengdu city,it acquired extrusive effect on promoting cultivated land safeguard,improving intensive degree of land use,quickening the development in both urban and rural aeas and building new countryside.But it should be regulated in the aspects of setting scope,project zone,and incremental income distribution. |
